Course Objectives
BBAT II course mainly focuses on individual treatment theory and practice, deepening participants; understanding of the basics of body awareness therapy.
Course Content and Approach:
• Participants gain knowledge of the assessment tool BARS-MQE and practical work with BAS-I.
• gain first-hand experience using AT in individual BB in relation to - clinical, preventive and health-promoting; integration for clinical use; therapeutic interviews and conversations.
• The course prepares participants for independent practice after the course
• guidelines for 4 days of 80 hours of independent work in studying literature (in English), conducting individual classes and preparing a report by 10.2026.
Prerequisite: Completion of BBAT I
